What about back orders?
If an item is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped immediately. The back order item(s) that we are able to restock will be shipped within 30 days from the date your order is received by Sierra Showers. If you prefer a refund, please contact Sierra Showers. If an item cannot be shipped within a 30-day period, you will receive a refund check for item(s) we are unable to ship.
Will the pricing be stable?
Sierra Showers tries to keep prices consistent throughout the Internet ordering catalog period. However, price changes may be necessary because our manufactures and suppliers may raise or lower a price after the Internet prices have been submitted. Hence, we reserve the right to change prices, without notice, on any item, for any reason.

Ordering
Shopping in Our Store
You can purchase items from Sierra Showers stores in one transaction. Having multiple items in one transaction allows Sierra Showers to ship your items together, lowering your shipping costs.
To purchase items from Sierra Shower
Visit the store and order the items you want. Click on "Add to Cart" for each item you wish to purchase. If you would like purchase additional items from the store, click on "Continue Shopping." This will take you back to the store page. When you are done shopping in the store, click on "Checkout."
At this point, you may click on my Shopping Cart. Once in there you can view the items you have selected to purchase and make changes. You should notice that new items are added alongside the previous items you placed in your shopping cart.
When are ready to complete your transaction, simply click on the "Checkout" button and enter your order information.

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail us at customercare@sierrashowers.com. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Please note, if your order has already started processing, you may not be able to cancel it.

Adding Items to your order
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply e-mail us at customercare@sierrashowers.com. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.
Security and Privacy
How safe is it to pay by credit card at Sierra Showers?
It's perfectly safe. When you enter your payment information into your computer and click the 'Submit' button, your computer encrypts the information before it sends the data. Only our server has the key to decrypt it. Once the payment is in our hands, it gets re-encrypted and goes through secure channels to our credit-card processing network. In most cases (unless you call us with a question), human eyes never even see your card number. In fact, our process is a lot safer than reading your card number aloud over the telephone.
Do you share my private information with anyone?
No. At no time will we sell or broker any of the information we receive from you to any third parties. We will use it only for our own internal purposes and, where appropriate, to contact you directly.

Payment and Shipping
When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed 24 hours after point of sale.
Ordering by check or money order
To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:

Please write your Order Number on your check/money order. If you are unable to print your receipt, please include a note with your check clearly stating your Order Number.
Credit Cards & Check Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Paying by Check Card
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or Master Check Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.
Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
I received the package, but where is my receipt?
The confirming e-mail you received after order placement can be used as an official receipt to redeem any credits, rebates, warranties, etc. Simply print it out and submit it to the Sierra Showers, Inc.
How are shipping cost calculated?
Shipping charges are usually determined by the weight of your order. We negotiate the best deals possible with our freight carriers and pass these savings directly on to you.
How long will it take to receive the items I ordered?
Ground shipping delivery times typically range from 5–10 days but we ask that you allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery. Most of our products are shipped using standard ground transportation. Our products ship directly from the manufacturers or distributors and usually leave their hands within 48 hours of your order. We can not delivery to P.O. box address.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
We want to make sure your items arrive in time for any holiday. Please review our shipping deadlines below. These dates do not guarantee delivery, but are the suggested cut-off dates that have been provided by our carriers. Unless noted on the product page, all orders should arrive by the shipping method you've choose.
Shipping Options
Sierra Showers offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the U.S. plus international shipping across the globe. In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited (Next Day/2 Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Sierra Showers uses US Postal Service, and UPS for shipping. Shipping methods are as follows:

Warranties and Returns
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind all orders with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you need to return (or exchange) an item, simply contact our customer service department.
What is your return policy?
Most merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of order date. Depending on the item, there may be a restocking fee. If the product is defective, of course, we'll be happy to refund your money or replace the product. For all the details, please review our return section.
